My first real project at the company was replacing the 30 year old air handlers which were installed during the buildings original construction. These are big water cooled units which are situated on top of the bathrooms, making them rather difficult to access. They performed well and lasted a very long time, but I had to find a way to replace them with minimal impact to production. Luckily we were able to find modular units that could be hoisted up and assembled piece-by-piece. All of them were replaced and there was no significant impact to production schedules.
