Pumps sometimes fail and need to be replaced, and it isn’t particularly pretty when you’re talking about a lift station pump. However, I managed to keep the situation under control while getting the work done. Furthermore, most recently, on a separate occasion of failure, I actually had to track down the pump myself as all vendors had 10-12 week lead time. Its times like this when research and persistence pays off.
