Within project management you have to know your audience, as well as your constraints and requirements during procurement. This applies to things as common as garbage cans, furniture, fixtures, greenery, and much more. For example, with these garbage containers, I knew they needed to last a long time and be resistant to oxidation (from nearby saltwater), sun damage, wind or storm damage, pests, and even scavengers such as the many raccoons and iguanas that wander the property. This product not only fit all those requirements but also even displayed the company’s colors. Over 10 years later, they still look and work great.
